Shipping details are outlined in the product description of each item. For ready-made items, we aim to ship your order within 7 business days. Pre-order items may have an extended timeline as orders have to get made, shipped to us, QA'ed, re-packaged, and then shipped to you following the pre-order window. 

We do not accept returns. If a mistake was made on our end (such as being sent the wrong size, color, etc.) - please reach out to us to investigate and make it right! 

CbyA works hard to meet the general demand for each product, but products/sizes are often sold out due to the overwhelming support from the Curator Community. We announce public and private restocks on our social media (@cbyaonline), as well as to our E-Mail and SMS List subscribers.
